Senior Information Developer, Level II (promoted)

Led technical content across Appian’s AI and automation portfolio, working with Product, UX, and Engineering while products, terminology, and user experiences were still taking shape.

  • Established the original documentation framework and user-facing language for Appian Composer, contributed to terminology and feature naming, and later mentored the writer who assumed primary documentation ownership.
  • Led end-to-end documentation strategy across AI Agents, Composer, intelligent document processing, generative AI, governance, usage and cost controls, and cloud integrations.
  • Authored the complete AI Agents and MCP Connected System documentation, including architecture, authentication, security, deployment, monitoring, and limitations.
  • Reorganized the complete RPA documentation portfolio around learn, build, manage, secure, and troubleshoot journeys.
  • Built an AI-assisted content-planning framework and mentored writers through a recurring monthly learning program.
  • Developed communication strategies for MCP, AI Agents, and RPA to align product capabilities, terminology, and release narratives.
